Aaron is the Project Manager for the Calistoga Hills Resort and also serves on the Board of Directors of Calistoga Affordable Housing.
Carol is the
owner of North Star, a gift shop/boutique on Lincoln Avenue in Calistoga.
Carol has been the owner/operator of this business for over 40 years and has
made life-long relationships with friends and neighbors.
Danny is the Proprietor of Indian Springs Resort, which has
been in his family since 1988 when it was purchased by his mother and father,
John and Pat Merchant. Danny currently
serves on the Board of Calistoga Affordable Housing.
Karan was
active in Celebrate Napa Valley for over 10 years and served as it's Chair
twice. She is currently the Treasurer
for the Calistoga Soroptimist Club and for Calistoga Affordable Housing. She also dedicates her time to the Calistoga
Little League and the Calistoga Cares Food Pantry. Karan was the export manager at Chateau
Montelena for over 25 years. All of this
has given her a vast knowledge of Napa Valley culture and shows her dedication
to her community.
Lana currently serves on the Calistoga Housing Advisory Committee and is a member of the Calistoga Affordable Housing Board. She is an accomplished Chef and owns and operates CasaLana Gourmet Retreats, where guests can enjoy cooking classes by Lana. You may also see Lana out and about town walking as she enjoys staying fit.
Larry serves as President/CEO of Calistoga Affordable
Housing. In 2011 he was awarded Citizen
of the Year from the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce for his creation of
Rebuilding Calistoga, a senior rehabilitation housing program using volunteer
community labor. In 2012 he was given
the AARP Create the Good Award given to seven national non-profit
organizational leaders with leadership for seniors using volunteer
workers. Larry has 40 years' experience
in educational administration, specializing in school development/construction
and curriculum design. He has served as superintendent of schools for several
Seventh-day Adventist Conferences in the Midwest and was the campus chaplain
for the
Mary Ellen is
currently serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Calistoga
Affordable Housing. She has been a
member of the Calistoga Soroptimist Club for many years and works tirelessly
volunteering her time and expertise at many events sponsored by the Club. Mary Ellen also does a lot of work as a Soroptimist with the local schools.
Pattie James is the Program Manager at Fair Housing Napa Valley
and also serves as a member of the Calistoga Affordable Housing Board of
Directors. Pattie is dedicated to eliminating
housing discrimination and advocating for anyone in need.
Sandy is the owner/operator of NextHome in The Valley, a local real estate service. Prior to becoming a Realtor Sandy was a manager for the Geothermal Visitor Center and she also supervised the Langtry Farms Ranch Estate, which included the Guenoc Winery. During the development of portions of the ranch into a golf course, Sandy worked with local zoning and planning departments for which she credits with preparing her for real estate. Sandy currently serves as a valuable member of the Calistoga Affordable Housing Board.
Steve
was born in the East Bay and moved to Calistoga in 2010 to work for his
family's business. He currently is General Manager of the Best Western
Stevenson Manor Inn here in Calistoga. In 2012 he joined the Calistoga
Chamber Board of Directors and served there for 6 years. He was the
Treasurer for Celebrate Napa Valley from 2021-2025. He currently serves
as Chair of the Board of Directors for Calistoga Affordable Housing (CAH) and
is also Chair of the Tourism Improvement District Committee. In his
spare time Steve fosters dogs for Wine Country Animal Lovers (WCAL) and you
will often see him walking through Calistoga with his dog, Dusty and any
fosters he has in tow.
